Ingredients:
- 12 oz. tomatillos
- 1 bunch cilantro (stems removed)
- 1 lime (juiced)
- 6 cloves garlic (peeled)
- 1/2 onion (quartered)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 hot chile (with seeds for additional spice)
- José Olé Chicken & Cheese Taquitos
Instructions:
- Place all ingredients (minus taquitos) into a blender or food processor and mix until smooth.
- Pair with your favorite José Olé taquitos or rolled tacos as a dip, or drizzle over a José Olé burrito for a delicious and hearty meal. Enjoy!
