Ingredients:

  • 6 radishes, sliced thin
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 4 avocados, sliced or cubed
  • 1/2 jar of pickled jalapeños
  • 1/2 jar of pickled red onion
  • Cotija cheese
  • Chihuahua cheese
  • Oaxaca cheese
  • guacamole
  • mole
  • red or green salsa
  • sour cream
  • José Olé Chicken & Cheese Taquitos, halved
  • José Olé Beef & Cheese Mini Tacos
  • 5 Queso Chicken Nacho Chimichangas, cut into quarters or thirds
  • 4 Jose Ole Queso Chicken Nacho Chimichangas

Instructions:

  1. Cook your José Olé products in the oven as instructed on packaging.
  2. While cooking, arrange the vegetables, sauces, cheeses, on your board to your liking.
  3. Heat mole in a pan until warm and add to your board.
  4. Pull José Olé products from oven, divide, and place on board. Enjoy!
