Ingredients:
- 6 radishes, sliced thin
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 4 avocados, sliced or cubed
- 1/2 jar of pickled jalapeños
- 1/2 jar of pickled red onion
- Cotija cheese
- Chihuahua cheese
- Oaxaca cheese
- guacamole
- mole
- red or green salsa
- sour cream
- José Olé Chicken & Cheese Taquitos, halved
- José Olé Beef & Cheese Mini Tacos
- 5 Queso Chicken Nacho Chimichangas, cut into quarters or thirds
- 4 Jose Ole Queso Chicken Nacho Chimichangas
Instructions:
- Cook your José Olé products in the oven as instructed on packaging.
- While cooking, arrange the vegetables, sauces, cheeses, on your board to your liking.
- Heat mole in a pan until warm and add to your board.
- Pull José Olé products from oven, divide, and place on board. Enjoy!
