A: The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Q: Who is eligible to enter and win the sweepstakes?
A: Both sweepstakes are open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen years of age at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor, and its respective affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and anyone involved in the development or execution of this promotion, and their immediate families (parents, spouses, siblings, and children and their spouses) and members of the households of such employees are ineligible. Q: Can I win both the $500 Weekly Party Sweepstakes and the $20,000 Party of Your Dreams Sweepstakes?
A: Yes, but you can win the José Olé® $500 Weekly Party Sweepstakes only one time over the entire sweepstakes period.
Q: How do I find out who won the sweepstakes?
A: To receive the names of the $500 Weekly Party Sweepstakes winners and/or the $20,000 Party of Your Dreams Sweepstakes winner, send a self-addressed, stamped (business size) envelope to: José Olé® Come Join the Party Promotion Winners' List Request, P.O. Q: When can I enter the $500 Weekly Party Sweepstakes?
A: Each weekly entry period for the $500 Weekly Party Sweepstakes begins at 1:00:00 p.m. (ET) Sunday, starting on January 17, 2010, and concludes at 12:59:59 p.m. the following Sunday. All entries for the relevant week entry period must be received within that time period. The final weekly entry period ends at 12:59:59 p.m. (ET) on Sunday, December 5, 2010.
Q: How often can I enter the $500 Weekly Party Sweepstakes?
A: You may enter one time per person per email address per week. Be sure to revisit the site each week for another chance
to win.
Q: How many $500 Weekly Party Sweepstakes winners will there be?
A: There will be one winner selected per week. The program begins on January 17, 2010 and concludes on December 5, 2010, for a total of 46 $500 Weekly Party Sweepstakes winners.
Q: Can I win more than one José Olé® $500 Weekly Party Sweepstakes prize?
A: No. You can only win one $500 Weekly Party Prize Package. However, winners of the $500 Weekly Party Sweepstakes are also eligible to win the $20,000 Party of Your Dreams Sweepstakes, if they choose to enter it.
Q: How will the winners of the $500 Weekly Party Sweepstakes be selected?
A: Each weekly entry period begins at 1:00:00 p.m. (ET) Sunday and ends at 12:59:59 p.m. (ET) the following Sunday. The weekly winner will be selected at random by the Sponsor, on or about the first Tuesday following the close of the relevant weekly entry period, from all eligible sweepstakes entries received for that week.
Q: How do I find out if I won the $500 Weekly Party Sweepstakes?
A: Winners will be selected each week, on or about Tuesday, and will be notified by mail and/or email within one week of being selected.
Q: What is the $500 Weekly Party Sweepstakes prize?

A: The sweepstakes begins at 1:00 p.m. (ET) on January 17, 2010 and concludes at 12:59:59 p.m. (ET) on December 5, 2010. All entries must be received within that time period.
Q: How often can I enter the $20,000 Party of Your Dreams Sweepstakes?
A: There is a limit of one (1) entry per person per email address throughout the sweepstakes entry period.
Q: How many winners will there be for the $20,000 Party of Your Dreams Sweepstakes?
A: There will be one (1) Grand Prize winner selected.

A: The $20,000 Party of Your Dreams Sweepstakes winner will be selected at random by the Sponsor, in a drawing to be held on or about December 15, 2010, from all eligible sweepstakes entries received.
Q: What do I need to do if I find out I've won the $20,000 Party of Your Dreams Sweepstakes?
A: The Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner will be required to complete and sign an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release, which needs to be returned within ten days of date notice is sent or prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries. Return of prize/prize notification as undeliverable, or the potential winner's failure to return the required documents in a timely manner, will result in prize forfeit and, in that event, an alternative winner will be selected.
Q: How will I find out if I've won the $20,000 Party of Your Dreams Sweepstakes?
A: The sponsor will notify the Grand Prize winner by mail and/or email on or about January 7, 2011.
Q: What is the $20,000 Party of Your Dreams Sweepstakes Grand Prize?
A: The $20,000 Party of Your Dreams Grand Prize winner will receive $20,000 to help them make their “dream party” come true. Please see the Sweepstakes Official Rules.
Q: If I win the $20,000 Party of Your Dreams Sweepstakes, how will the taxes be handled?
A: Income and other taxes, if any, related to the prize are solely the winner's responsibility.

Q: How does the donation to Children's Miracle Network® work?
A: José Olé® will donate $1.00 for every eligible sweepstakes entry received, up to $170,000. These funds will be used to celebrate miracles for children in Children's Miracle Network® hospitals.
Q: If I enter more than one $500 Weekly Party Sweepstakes, does each entry count toward the donation to Children's Miracle Network®?
A: Yes. All eligible entries will be counted toward the Children's Miracle Network® donation. You may enter the $500 Weekly Party Sweepstakes one time per week per person per email address for a maximum of 46 entries. Plus, you also may enter the $20,000 Party of Your Dreams Sweepstakes one time during the sweepstakes period.
