1 (7.5 oz.) box macaroni and cheese
5 Tablespoons salsa – medium – reserve 2 for top
6 José Olé® Mini Tacos (reserve 3 for top)
1/2 cup Mexican cheese

Prepare macaroni and cheese according to box directions.
Add 3 Tablespoons salsa.
Add 3 Mini Tacos (crumbled).
Mix.
Place into lightly greased 8x8-inch pan.
Top in this order:
2 Tablespoons salsa
3 crumbled Mini Tacos
1/2 cup Mexican cheese.
Cover with foil; place in 350° oven until warm through and cheese is melted, approximately 25 minutes.
