Huevos Ranchero Bake

1 box José Olé® Beef and Cheese Mini Tacos2 cups Mexican cheese shreds, divided
1 (15 oz.) can chili no beans
1 (15 oz.) can chili with beans
4 eggs
1/4 cup milk
Preheat oven to 450°F.
In a greased 9x13x2" glass baking dish, line the bottom with the Jos? Ol?® Mini Tacos. Layer the chili over the tacos. Layer one cup of the cheese over the chili. In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs and milk together then pour over the cheese. Place the last of the cheese over the egg mixture. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes or until the eggs are cooked through.
Remove from oven and let set for 5 minutes prior to serving.
Makes 8-10 servings
