Chicken Tortilla Soup

(22.5 oz.) box José Olé® Chicken and Cheese Taquitos partially thawed, chopped into small pieces
3 cans (15 oz.) chicken broth
1 bottle (18 oz.) salsa of choice
1 can (15 oz.) black beans, drained
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Monterey Jack cheese
Sour Cream (optional garnish)
In a medium to large soup pot, mix Taquitos, chicken broth, salsa, black beans and cilantro. Simmer 20 minutes over medium-high heat. Mix well before serving. Ladle into soup bowls and top with cheese and sour cream as desired.
Prep time 20-25 minutes.
Serves 6.
