Beef Enchiladas

José Olé® Steak and Cheese Chimichangas (or any flavor you choose) right from the freezer

1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons cocoa powder
1 to 2 Tablespoons hot pepper sauce (12-15 shakes or to taste)
2 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Combine tomato sauce, hot pepper sauce, chili powder, cinnamon, and cocoa powder in a sauce pan. Heat to simmer, and hold for about 2 minutes.
Put 4 José Olé® Chimichangas into 8x8" glass pan. Pour sauce over Chimichangas. Make sure Chimichangas are entirely coated.
Put into oven on middle rack uncovered. Cook for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven. Cover Chimichangas with cheese. Put back into oven and cook for 15 minutes more.

Serve with your favorite yellow rice mix, and spoon sauce on top of each Chimichanga.
