Pollo Monterey Casser-Olé

4 José Olé® Chicken Monterey Burritos
1 can nacho cheese soup (or cream of chicken for a milder version)
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup grated fiesta blend/Mexican blend cheese
Spray oil

Lightly spray a casserole dish with oil. Line dish with José Olé® Chicken Monterey Burritos. Pierce burritos near center to ensure even cooking. In a bowl, blend soup and milk until smooth. pour over burritos. Top with grated cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 20 minutes OR microwave on Med-High for 5 minutes.

Serves 4.
