Mini-Magic Meatloaves

1 lb. lean ground beef
1 envelope taco seasoning mix
1/3 cup plain bread crumbs
1/4 cup water
1 large egg
1 (18 oz.) box José Olé® Steak and Cheddar Mini Chimichangas
Cooking Spray for pans
1/2 cup ketchup

Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl, combine first five ingredients. Divide the mixture into 4 portions.
Spray 4 mini-loaf pans (3 1/2" x 5 1/2") with cooking spray. Press 1/2 of each portion into bottom of each pan. Place 3 Mini Chimichangas into each pan lengthwise. Cover with remaining meat pressing firmly to enclose. Round out top to look like a loaf.
Place on a cookie sheet and bake 30 minutes. Remove from oven, baste each with a little ketchup. Return to oven 10 minutes more.
Let cool 10 minutes, then remove from pans. Serve warm.
