“Kool” Kids Kabobs


8 wooden skewers
16 cherry tomatoes (red and/or yellow tomatoes)
16 whole, pitted black olives
16 Colby, cheddar or Jack cheese cubes (1/4”x1/4”)
16 slices hothouse cucumber rings, unpeeled
8 (1-oz.) large José Olé® Chicken Taquitos or José Olé® Shredded Steak Taquitos, prepared according to package directions, each cut into 3 pieces
Ranch Dressing
Crazy Taco BBQ Dipping Sauce

For each kabob, thread at random onto a wooden skewer, 2 cherry tomatoes, 2 olives, 2 cheese cubes, and 2 sliced cucumbers between 3 pieces of José Olé® Taquitos. Serve with ranch dressing or Crazy Taco BBQ Dipping Sauce. Makes 8 kabobs.

Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Crazy Taco BBQ Dipping Sauce: Combine 2 teaspoons taco seasoning mix with 1/3 cup BBQ sauce.

Serving Suggestions: You can easily make these kabobs with José Olé® Mini Chimichangas. Just cut them in half instead of thirds.
