Taquitos Rellenos Bake

1 box (22.5 oz.) José Olé® Steak and Cheese Taquitos, thawed
1 (7 oz.) can diced green chilies
1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 large eggs, separated
1 cup milk
2 Tablespoons flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 (12 oz.) jar salsa

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Arrange Taquitos in 12"x8" baking dish. Sprinkle with chilies and cheeses. In large mixer bowl, beat egg whites until stiff. In smaller bowl, beat yolks until light. Beat in milk, flour, and salt, just until blended. With spatula, fold into whites. Pour over cheese. Bake 25 to 35 minutes until puffy. To serve, cut into squares with spatula. Accompany with salsa.
