Spicy Sausage Strata

6 (4 oz.) José Olé® Egg and Sausage Breakfast Burritos, partially thawed
6 large eggs
2 1/2 cups whole milk
1/2 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 cup sliced green onions
2 Tablespoons chopped cilantro
Dash of hot pepper sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups shredded Colby-Jack cheese

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Butter 13x9x2-inch baking dish.
Slice each José Olé® Breakfast Burrito into 6 slices. Arrange half the slices onto bottom of prepared dish.
In large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cream, Parmesan cheese, green onions, cilantro, hot sauce and salt. Pour half the mixture over the Burrito slices in baking dish. Sprinkle with half the cheese. Repeat layer. Let stand 5 minutes.
Bake until puffed and golden brown, 50 to 60 minutes. Garnish with additional cilantro.
