Cool Chipotle Crema
1 (16-oz.) container sour cream
1/4 cup chopped red bell peppers
3 Tablespoons each: chopped chipotle peppers and chopped green onions
1 Tablespoon fresh lime juice
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
In medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Refrigerate, covered, 10 minutes or up to 24 hours before serving. Makes 2 1/4 cups.
